Hey just wanted to share a website I have found really useful for CMs. Especially for people who are doing these on the fly it gives you maps and schedules for the run. Their is also some guides for HFC that I haven't looked at but all in all the CM guides are helping me out tons, hopefully they will help you out too during you headache!
