I hope people have saved up a big bank because crafted gear is going to be crucial for getting a head start in Legion.

I just saw that crafted necks and rings will have a guaranteed gem slot. That's huge.

Last I looked the neck only had Stan and secondary stats on it. Along with the on use effect for each class.

That is correct. you will not see primary stats on necks or rings except for the gems inserted, which is why they are guaranteed to have a gem socket! Blizz made a real solid attempt this time to make pretty much all gear, except trinkets, universal for every class/spec that can use the armor type. No more spirit, no more bonus armor, no more multistrike. All backs will have all 3 primary stats on them.. yeah!
