pawkets already posted his own guide, it seems like it has a number of glaring errors and wasn't updated in time since the most recent feral changes? Just going to include it for a resource for people to reference. I know tinderhoof is releasing his guide at some point

What did they change for feral AoE? I've been moving over to balance and didn't catch it. Looks like the decision to move away from feral was correct...

Basically a couple Thursdays ago feral became the best aoe in the game, by Saturday morning it was not only reverted, but reverted then nerfed. Not sure on specifics.

My assumption is that it came down to Blizzard fearing that Brutal Slash would be a viable alternative for ST or fights with even a minor amount of cleave. Shadow thrash was pretty overtuned, they both definitely needed to be toned down, but not to the point where feral is once again irrelevant in fights with high AoE

So sad, so are you guys sticking to feral and hoping that they will show it some love, or do you have other plans?

Im gonna stick with it but as soon as it is raid ready I am leveling a backup.

I might switch to shadow priest, I don't really like ranged that much so thats pretty much the only reason im hesitant to switch

I'm not a big ranged fan either. I think the best bet for myself is to just play feral and make sure I know boomy well incase I ever need to switch. Boomy, on it's worst day, is still good.
