hey Bell, their are some tricks to boost antena signals. depending on the antena. I'd suggest you check it out of youtube. It should improve the performance.

It's bad because it uses extra resources to "manage" display properties that are already taken care of by windows. Plus it does it poorly and no it wont remove drivers.

only thing is to make sure to install ATi catalyst software but uninstall it right away as the card is great but the software is crap. windows drivers FTW!

I'd suggest to only replace your graphic card for a radeon HD 5700. It'll cost you almost nothing and will change everything.
