Yeah temps that high aren't good for a cpu. Might be just bad thermal past between the cpu and heatsink. But liquid cooling systems are nice. I use the corsair ones in my systems but others are just as good. Running on those closed loop systems even after raiding a few hours my temps in my i7 6700k ...
