New build last night with the first round of tuning and minor overhaul to brewmaster monk and Prot Pally. They added a legendary item vendor to test all of the new legendaries. There is still AM and self healing, it's just no where near as strong as it currently is. You generally have less CDs and they are on longer timers as well.

I would be shocked if you keep 4 tanks. I honestly believe only the people that like old school tanking will like tanking in Legion. You are heavily reliant on healers and are not the self healing, self sustained mitigation beast you are currently in WoD.
