Taunt Gyarados is a great lead now with the rise of Focus Sash Mamomswine and Custap berry steel types. Against max speed Mamoswine, Gyarados can survive multiple hits while preventing stealth rocks with a Jolly nature and maximum speed while 2HKOing with Waterfall. Breloom decimates with bullet seed, and a predicted switch can spore an enemy wall to sleep. The real gem of this team is mixed Hydreigon. Life orb gives Hydreigon the power of Titans, able to spam Fire Blasts and Draco Meteors. Superpower ensure that any Tyranitar/Chansey are 2HKOed on the switch in while Roost keeps Hydreigon topped up through U-turn and Life Orb damage. Ferrothorn/Forretress/Skarmory are all OHKOd by Fire Blast even at -2. Starmie provides fast spin support with great coverage, and Steelix walls physical dragon types with an option for super effective damage and phasing, though it lacks the ability to guarantee stealth rocks or switch in on special attacks. Cresselia can switch in on massive special hits, T-wave an enemy sweeper, set up dual screens then Lunar Dance itself out of play, restoring a battle battered sweeper to full.
