Yes PC version, we use a program called xfire to contact each other to set the ladders, to explain a ladder progression battlefield 3 type play, We stack squads team side with a vent ch per squad and a team side hot key. So its a guild (Clan) vs Guild type play, where you employ real time tactics, map wide. most rounds last 2-3 hours. each win moves you up the ladder vs others that have bumped up as well.
