Charging Pads?

Anyone have any information on Charging Pads for smartphones?
I'm getting a new phone (Motorola Droid Razr HD) and I was kind of interested in getting a charging pad, if its available, for the phone.
I've scoured Amazon and I havent found any compatible... if there even is any...
Any feedback? (links would be awesome too!)
