Ante Meridiem

Hello everyone!

Many of you may not remember me, I used to be a raider back in Cata. My PC has finally kicked it this week and I am looking for a new one... I am not a huge computer whiz but I do know a few things. So I am hoping someone on here can help me out with finding a new PC!

I am just looking for something that can play games at a great performance. I also do not want to spend over $1000. I personally don't know if I could put parts together myself but I remember that Bell used to put them together for people so I would be willing to do that!

Any information you could give me to help me out would be appreciated as well!

A blast from the past!!! I know a few of us in here can help putting them together and what not. When I get home I will look up on the interwebs here and put some stuff together for ya and see what we can come up with.

a $1000 can buy you a VERY nice system.
Does it need to include a monitor, mouse, keyboard ?

i7's + Nividia are better than AMD for a lot of games these days, wow in particular. but for $899 that system is really nice, actually almost identical specs to the system I'm using right now, and I play on slightly modified ultra settings with around 100fps. You could also Squeeze in a new 24" monitor for about $150, and be just barely over $1000.

It's hard to tell how much the new character models and terrain will up the system requirements for Ultra in WoD, but you won't get much better than that computer for under $1000.

I do not need a keyboard, mouse or monitor. I do have those. I would need an operating system though since I do not have one around here.
