Why was I removed.

Hello PM raid team,

I just wanted to tell everyone why I stopped coming to raids to ensure there is no confusion. As some know during my time with you guys my mom passed away and I was away for a little while. I got some responses back and I was grateful, and I do understand that no one knows me in real life but there was what others including myself thought to be disrespect and lack of consideration from the Raid leads. The communication from the raid leads to the players seemed very distant and more so in whispers than in vent. I have never understood the need for whispering information because it takes away from the possible chance for the group to learn something and there was more of a group whispering to each other than a team building and raiding to overcome encounters. I know most will disagree but this is what someone more new to the team comes to see. I saw the responses to Zacklyn's post for his feelings and his raiding experience and the lack of care for his views and the amount of hostility felt from the responses makes me not want to waste any more time with how my experience was and my overall consideration of the guild and the PM team. Thank you for the opportunity, I missed the last two raid days because I have been overcome with work and have not had much time. I hope you all do well in the future and hopefully more respectful responses can be considered though this is a game you should remember the type of person that shows you to be when you condemn someone for their opiinion. I'll just get to point as to why you were removed.
We have a simple policy that requests members to post if they are unable to make raids, it's very simple and serves a very simple purpose.

If you have to miss a raid, you have to miss a raid, work, school, exam, life.. anything, no one is going to give you shit for it or have a problem with it.

What we do have a problem with is people who don't show up and couldnt bother posting that they will not make it - emergencies aside happen of course, but, in your case, you even said:

I missed the last two raid days because I have been overcome with work and have not had much time.

And you couldn't take 1 min to post about it ?

That shows us simple lack of respect and / or care about the rest of the team, and that, we have a big problem with.

You haven't just missed 2 raid days. So far, you have missed a total of 5 days without posting about it. You have left early on 7 occasions having "work call" to make and do not come back. No explanation, no apology for your lack of return. This is a team and you have not been a team player on any occasion. This team has been more than tolerant to your absence and your lateness.

Disrespect and lack of communication? I would challenge you to question other members of the team. I have no idea what you mean about lack of information because you have to be turning up and staying for an entire raid day in order to experience communication. We discuss peoples poor performance with them directly and this is addressed directly at the time of happening. We also work together as a team and make more boss pulls on progression than more than 86% of progression kills on this server.

Hostility over responses? you have had chance over chance over chance to fix your tardy attitude, you were given ALL the time you needed after you lost your mother and were welcomed back once you decided you could raid.

This team is the most tolerant team and we have bent SO many rules for you. I even supported you during your terrible attitude you played out to the AM team. I really wish i hadn't now.

Good luck on your search, i am sure there are plenty of casual guilds on the server that will take a geared lock who has terrible attendance with no regard for their team. Your final EP/GP was 414/1524 btw ( the top person is 991/1574) that proves your attendance right there.
