And just a reminder to everyone who has expressed interest or thinking about interest... please understand that I am looking to put together a team of top-notch high level performers... so if you feel you cannot stand up to that level of play, I would highly recommend you pass or work on getting your performance to that level...

For those that have expressed interest or may express interest, please understand that you may or may not make the cut. Obviously it is not personal, but simply put, I'm looking to build a team of 'badass' players and will pug a spot or four before I carry a weak player.

That being said, no spot is guaranteed (even mine) and should you (or I) become a liability to the team you (or I) will be removed.

2 healers should be fine for at least normal. We will need the extra DPS on fights like butcher. I helped out prets team out last night and it seemed to work out with 2.

That being said, normal was a bit harder than I thought it would be just because of the gear level right now.

I've watched a stream for the last few nights looking over the fights, at least on 30 man, and it seems like the raid takes a sharp up swing on difficulty at or around Butcher.

I would role with 3 on the safe side but if your healers know what to expect two should be fine. GL def is a fun place so far.
