Will be using the same loot rules as last week...
1. Main Raiders (AM, PM, WE, Heroic) for Main Spec (I will announce as "Raider")
2. ALT and Non-Raiders for Main Spec (I will announce as "ALT")
3. Any Offspec for any toon (I will annouce as "Offspec")
Looting will be done in /roll style again when I announce "Main" "Alt" "Offspec"

I define "Raiders" as any "Raid Leader", "Raid Team Member" or "Applicant" (for a raid team).
It would be silly, in my mind to give loot to someone's alt over someone who could very well become a valuable asset to a team just because they haven't gone through the entire application process just yet.
That being said, I do know there was several pieces that went to alts, so its not like they're getting totally boned.
