well deserve fix so rogues can compete with other buffed class's 
Assassination
Assassin's Resolve now increases damage by 22% (up from 15%).
Combat
Vitality now grants 50% additional Attack Power (up from 40%).
Subtlety
Sanguinary Vein now increases damage dealt by 25% (up from 20%).
i can see in the future being buffed again but testing will see if this buff will put them on par with other class's
