Ante Meridiem's Openraid/recruitment

Hey folks! We'll be holding a run-through of heroic Blackrock Foundry starting at 7:30 PM EST until 10:00 PM EST on April 29th. The goal will be to clear a minimum of 6 bosses (Maidens and Flamebender wing) for the first week. As we go on and the roster stabilies we will likely push and clear all of heroic mode. Anyone is welcome to join (please at least be a minimum of 670 ilvl). Loot will be set to MS>OS>Free Roll (including BoEs). We'll be doing this every week for the foreseeable future with the goal of creating a centralized raid to allow new members and possible recruits/apps to gear up and socialize with Ante Meridiem members.

Please come prepared with basic materials (flasks etc) and knowledge of the fights as we'll give an quick overview but will not be re-teaching the fights. We have four separate raid teams that are recruiting at the moment and there will be representatives from all of them to speak to if you are interested in joining. Invites will begin at 7 PM sharp. IMPORTANT!!!
For those joining through Open Raid please include your prior experience with the raid (bosses cleared etc) and if you are interested in apping/talking to someone when you sign up. Please note the guild site listed at the beginning. You can message us on the forums there or app directly! Don't be shy.

*FOR ANTE MEMBERS*

This will be a good opportunity for those looking to complete sets and get those hard to get trinkets BUT only if you put the effort in. Don't come expecting to be carried. If you are planning to bring an alt respect the ilvl requirement and try to remember that this will be a bit of a showcase raid. We are trying to impress the newbies with our capabilities so pull your weight as best as you can. Although this will be a relaxed raid in comparison to normal you shouldn't goof off to much or leave a bad impression on anyone. (Oshi's message: you can be high/drunk/crazy but don't overdo it and scare off the normal people )

This is a great place to send friends or possible recruits to check us out before they even trial. Please put your feelers out there and see if you can send folks out way. A calender invite will be up open to all members. Please attend if you can to help with recruitment!

You're representing Ante Meridiem -- a serious long standing guild and recruiting for all the teams. (AMAM, AMPM, AMWT, and HT). If they see that we're not serious they wont take us serious.I will also be attending this event as one of the rep's for the AMAM team!!

I plan on attending, even assist in leading... however, the new start time of 7:30pm is rough for me. I 'should' be able to make accommodations, but I might have to step away for a few minutes (perhaps between bosses) to put the kid to bed around 8/8:15pm

No worries bell. I picked the usual time for folks in PM since it lets us do at least that many bosses with the least possible number of people (10ish).

My schedule is kind of wonky, depending on OT and the week I may have Wednesday off. But only once per month, if no OT that day.
