I'm sure most of us were doing this already, but if not - this will make you want to kill yourself much less when 6.2 drops (by making you want to kill yourself more *now* - it's always a trade off)

Rep comes from daily quests only I think. So the single-use runes will still be the only option for a little while after 6.2 drops.
