Bouncy Connection

I know some people here work for ISP companies and I thought I'd present our problem, because we're kind of at a loss. We are with Time Warner (which was bought by Comcast) in the Dallas area. Most of the time our connection is fine, but some nights, it will randomly spike and we'll be at 3000ms for a while, then 10 minutes later it goes down, then spiked again. We'll run ping tests and be around 30% packet loss, not enough to be disconnected, but enough to seriously injure the gameplay. Sometimes we go weeks without it happening, sometimes it does it 3 days in a row, it is never at the same times and appears to be completely random. We've had millions of technicians coming to check our equipment, our lines, everything, and there is apparently nothing wrong. But of course there is of this would not be happening. It has nothing to do with peak hours either, because many times it happens in the middle of the night or early morning. Anyone has any idea what to do, what causes this? (And in before the "Comcast sucks change companies", it's the only option in our neighborhood.)

World or home MS? I had a issue when everytime I would zone into a instance. My worldMS would shoot up to 250+

Sadly it's not just when zoning in instances, when it happens it affects everything. It's rare enough though, that is it really odd.

Call them and have them check the logs on the node itself... they hold for three days... You've probably got a neighbor pushing feedback into the lines.
