I'm putting this here because posting out on every raid date seemed kinda redundant.

The Bright House technician just left my house and pretty much told me it's not something that can be resolved with new lines or a new router/modem. There are no other ISP's in my area that are even worth considering.

I by no means want to put in my 2 weeks notice and sit from the team but I am not going to lie to you guys and say my internet is fine then cause wipe after wipe. The 2 that I caused on the beginning of Mannoroth tore me up enough as it is. Regardless of whether or not I actually messed up or it was my MS I hold myself to a very high standard when it comes to the team depending on me. So when I do actually cause a wipe I beat myself up pretty bad over it. Because thats 19 other people who work hard and pay for this game every month with their own money and something I did caused them to waste what little time they did have set aside.

When we did get mannoroth down that night I thought to myself. If I hadn't lagged in that fel seeker could they have gotten Manno down a night early. That would mean more time on Archi and ultimately better progression. So I hold myself responsible. That was 2 wipes that I directly caused because we were down a DPS or a battle ress was wasted on me.

With that being said I am voluntarily sitting myself until this issue is resolved. I'm sorry this isn't a two weeks notice and I'm sorry I held out until now to tell you but I was hoping against hope that the tech would have better news. To make myself clear I really do intend on coming back full force I just have no idea when that will be. I will still be online every night but there's no reason for me to get EP when I'm not contributing anything to the team. Knowing companies like brighthouse this issue might be resolved tomorrow or it might be next month. I have no clue.

What I do know is that when I log in within minutes my MS is between 500 and 5000. I get constant disconnects which anyone in guild that came to the GDKP run today can attest to. It's to the point I can't even run dungeons.

I know my DPS isn't exactly one of a kind and I sincerely hope whoever takes my spot does much better than I did. I just hope that when this gets resolved there will still be a place for me. And I sincerely hope that this in no way affects my team.

GOOD NEWS I HOPE! Just saw 2 bucket trucks from Bright House working on the lines in front of my house. Hopefully this resolves the issue soon! I will update via this thread.

As soon as you said Bright House (aka Time Warner Cable) I (and anything anyone who reads this) knows exactly where the rest of the post was going.

I've had them for 5 years. I don't know about other areas but around here they've been a great company. It's a kind of rural town and I'm just grateful to have access to high speed internet. I don't hold it against them. Hiccups happen.

Ok guys so as most of you know already after countless testing and endless nights on the phone with Bright House tech support and customer care my internet and connection are finally stable and ready to go.

This means I will be returning to raiding this Sunday evening. Thank you everyone on PM team for your patience with me. It hasn't been easy and I have missed you guys very much.

If you had gotten Archimonde without me I would still have been the proudest member of my team that being said I'm really glad to still have a shot at being there for the first kill with you guys.

I'm going to sit here and sip my southern iced tea and have a toast to my raid team and my guild as a whole for being supportive during this very VERY frustrating time and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend!
