Heroic Team's Raid Schedule
Wednesdays: 7pm - 10pm
Thursdays: 7pm - 10pm
Invites go out 5 minutes prior to raid start and our last pull may take us a few minutes over 10pm, but we do not pull a boss after 10pm.
Are you able to commit to the team's raid times? I think so. I usually go 3 hours between feedings, so this will work pretty well for me.
Is there anything that would cause you to drop out of raiding or be permanently unavailable at our times in the next three months? Well, my dad keeps saying something about "12 hours by 12 weeks," so if that happens I'll probably be out during this raid times. Maybe I'll see if I can app to the AMAM team then...
Looking at your raiding schedule over the next three months, are there any dates that you foresee not being available (work trips, vacation, etc.)? Nah, I'm a baby; I'm not really going anywhere.

What guild are you in now (if any) and why do you want to leave that guild? I was forcibly ejected from my last guild about 4 weeks ago. I dunno what happened.
What is your motivation for wanting to join Ante Meridiem? My pops says good things about it.
List the guilds you have been in over the last 6 months and the reasons for leaving each guild: Only other guild I've been in is FetusPower and, like I said, they gkicked me for reasons unknown.
The Character
How long have you been playing the class / spec that you are applying on? My whole life.
Are you able to competitively play your off-spec, especially if it's a different role? I think so. Paladin is in my blood!
What resources do you use to improve your performance in raid? Bottles, burp clothes, pacifiers.
Will you ensure you always come to raid with food and flasks, and properly gemmed and enchanted? Oh most def. You'll hear me cryin' if I need anything, though.
New Team Members
Although the size of heroic raiding is flexible, we may sometimes have to ask a raider to sit because we can't afford to have an additional tank/healer/dps in on the pull. Do you understand and accept this? Yeah, sitting is cool. I prefer it if someone's helping prop up my neck, though.
If you do not perform adequately on a fight, you will also be asked to sit so that the team isn't required to carry you. Do you understand and accept this? Waaah! Waaaaaaa! WAAAAAAAAH!
Communication
We require our members to be able to speak on Vent when it will help with communication and downing bosses. Do you have a working microphone that you are willing to use during raid to make a call-out, if I ask you to do so? WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
We require that you view the forums regularly but at least daily prior to raids in order to keep up with strategies, suggest ideas, answer questions, and provide feedback. Are you willing to do this? Phew. Ok, just fed. Back to normal now. Yeah, no problem. I can't read yet, or really see anything beyond 10 inches... and it's mostly light/dark, no color... and no real depth perception yet... but it's cool, dad will clue me in.
Raid Logs
Please provide links for current logs that demonstrate your abilities on raid encounters. Please visit http://www.worldoflogs.com or http://www.warcraftlogs.com to learn how to record your own logs if no logs are currently available. If you do not provide logs and do not have an equal or higher kill count than us, your application will most likely be denied. I cannot bring people in on a trial basis who are not highly likely to make our team, as any new applicant requires a time commitment on my part and ultimately slows down the raid team as the trial members are acclimated to assignments and strategies.

It's been a crazy few weeks! Our baby girl surprised us a week early on April 10 (due date was the 21st!). Work gave me 4 weeks off to be at home with Zelda and my wife, which was amazing, and beautiful, and totally exhausting. Who knew that taking care of a mini-human who only really needs to eat, poop/pee, and sleep could be so much work?? (Other parents, that's who Anyway, since I stepped down from the Heroic team specifically because this baby was incoming, I wanted to share the news with y'all
