Chrome Cookies?

I have recently started having a problem with my desktop chrome app. I havent installed any new extensions or changed any settings. All of a sudden it doesn't want to auto login websites (typically this one WCL and twitch) but it will autofill my credentials still. I have sms protection on twitch and it makes me go through that everytime I login and it deletes my bettertv extension settings. Any ideas?

Nope. Have that disabled.
