I wish the Legendary ring wasn't such a huge deal this expansion. Having done 3 rings to max on EU and how little time is left there is no way I would be able to do it or anyone coming back.

Not that I mind being forced to play Beta more. Alt spec so much easier now they made Artifact Knowledge had after bound and not spec bound. I went from rank 1 to rank 14 tank artifact in like 2 hours. Helps that I have tier 7 research which is 375% from AP items (my first random daily heroic awards 2k AP and no WQ is less than 1k now)

this is tru for many expacs the 30% baseline across the board when the removal of cutting edge for hfc goes live along with class buffs and nerfs talent changes energy changes etc.
