Useful in Legion?

They are useable still yes. With getting a 15 min CD Dal hearthstone at launch, I would say sell them now and use the gold in legion.

I could be wrong, but doesn't Jaina's Locket take you to WotLK Dalaran, while the new hearthstone from Legion takes you to Legion Dalaran?

It will take you to northrend

Basically anything that takes you to Northrend Dalaran will continue to take you to Northrened Dalaran instead of Broken Shore Dalaran.
