Game freezes and crashes. Have disabled all my addons, deleted wtf and cache folders, set graphics settings to low. nothing helps. Mostly happens when being summoned to HFC or when porting to upper.

3570k i5 - gtx960 - 16gb ram.

Any help is appreciated.

It's not your system. I know that's not helpful... But at least you're not broken!

Maybe a corrupted game file? Are you getting any crash reports or anythin? Is the whole computer crashing or just the game? I would also check all your temps when it's closing

Are you using a mechanical hard drive or SSD? Also, is it limited to the HFC zone or does it happen else where?

I have scan and repaired. Game actually crashes. Wow is on it's own dedicated ssd.

I just noticed that something as simple as changing from my feral gear loadout to guardian freezes me. Not to the point of crashing but it does freeze for a good 7-8 seconds.

I don't think its just you. I, and many others, have been experiencing freezing/disconnects/game crashes since the prepatch. I would write down everytime it happens what you were doing, and maybe after a day send in a bug report with different things that cause issues.

Like I just crashed because I left my garrison building.

Makes you feel any better I am having . . . inconsistent FPS since 7.0.3 went gold, and I have an AMD based system.

Hey guys, if you are using NPCScan, remove it. It WILL cause FPS and performance issues right now. If you do not use that program, then ignore me.

That was one of the first thing I did : / Someone else had mentioned that early on.
