Night Hold requirement?

Morning,
I've fallen behind on questing, dungeons, etc, (haven't even finished/started the attunement for Kara), and general info on the Night Hold raid (and Legion overall).
Is there an attunement required to enter Night Hold? Or perhaps a certain reputation level, or quest chain, or anything else required?
