Ante Meridiem

Hey guys!

I happened to be checking my twitch VODs and saw I still had the Ante Meridiem AM first kill of heroic Halfus way back in cata (2011). I was the interrupt bitch (aka 'Notupinhere'), and it was overall a very clean kill. It's crude quality, so a little tough to see all the names, but still brings up great memories of raiding with the AM team!

I know that I also had at one point a VOD of when we all worked together to get to server first guild level 25, but I guess that's been lost from the twitch servers.

Glad to see the guild still going strong, hope to catch up with anyone who was around then. I've actually just got back into the game a bit, back to my spriest Flays.

Thanks for the link, Flays! I still remember that kill too, as well as how quickly we managed to get it. There's still a few of us hanging around from back then. Ljay, who raid lead with me back then and was one of the tanks for that kill, is one of the raid leaders and a tank for the Heroic Team now (what then would be called Normal. Nowadays, Blizz would say that this was our Mythic kill of Halfus). Blnd (mage extraordinaire) is also still around and is also a raid leader for the Heroic Team.

You'll also find Rebukes and LIthiny around, as well as Tiz, Maal, and Pleth (who, god love him, still raids on the AM Team, the longest of any member at this point, I think). Zero pops on from time to time. I may be forgetting a few others, too.

Anyway, have fun with the resub, and thanks again for the memories!

That is when I started tanking for the guild. Good times! Miss that.

It was very vocal after that kill. lol That was alot of fun! Sometimes I miss raiding with the morning team. Great to see you back FLays. I have to put up with Ljay still though...

That's why the best way to raid with Ljay is as his healer. If he gets too lippy, he can tank the floor due to los issues.

For non-healers, los means, "I can't see clearly why I should keep healing you right now."

(And for those who don't know me, I'm really just kidding. But don't tell Ljay.)

Pret is not kidding. Most fights he gave me 0 direct heals. I had to chase after his healing rain circle ...That he kept moving.


Just sayin. LOL
