I'm looking for a program that is user friendly... not unlike Windows Movie Maker. But with a few more options. I would like the ability to:

Slow down portions of the video, or freeze frame it.
Add notations, wording, etc...
Add a layer of drawings over it... ie circle objects, point to shit, etc...

Much like the instructional videos you see from Tankspot and other guides.

Anyone know of a good program? I'm not looking to spend hundreds of dollars on top of the line Cinema quality movie splicing here... just basic stuff. In fact, a half-decent freeware version (or hacked) would be wonderful, lol.

Perfect example of the type of stuff I want to do:

Do you know photoshop? cause if you can handle it just a little I'm sure you would LOVE aftereffect from ADOBE.

If so I'll send you the link to download the hacked version when I get back home tonight.

I have "dabbled" with Photoshop... but nothing extreme. I am a determined learner though. Send me the link when you can. Thanks!
