Additional Information:

Component Details Subscore Base score (Windows 7 64Bit)

Processor AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor 7.6
Memory (RAM) 16.00 GB 7.6
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 7.7
Gaming graphics 4095 MB Total available graphics memory 7.7
Primary hard disk 866GB Free (1931GB Total) 5.9

Our future goals would be to get some SSD's and get that nasty 5.9 score out of there lol. I haven't played that much with the solid state drives but I know they can bump you past that 5.9 limit for SATA.

Hope it helps,

-Al

No problems so far. Been running constantly since last Christmas and according to HWMonitor, not a hiccup.

most of my stuff comes from newegg.com they have good prices and awesome shipping. most things i order are at my door in 2 days eve with 3 day shipping. ive heard tiger direct is ok as well. never ordered from them so i cant speak for there service. buying the parts and building it yourself is the way to go. every motherboard comes with a book on how to put everything together and how to load the OS onto the system. I do have a computer for sale though :)

Antec 1200 full tower case
8GB Nvidia ddr2 pc2-6400
750 watt rosewill bronze series ps
intel core 2 quad q9550 12mb cache processor
corsair h50 water cooler (push/pull setup)
500gb WD caviar blue hd
windows 7 home edition
asus p5qe premium mobo
Nvidia GTX460 1024mb graphics
dvd rw and blue ray player in it

newegg for sure...they have alot of good prices just gotta keep a eye out for them, one of the many reason i subscribe to their mobile Shell Shocker Alerts

for example the computer i just built, cost me a total of $1165

that includes 2 graphics cards, a FX-6100, 8GB of ram, Asus Sabertooth, Crucial 64GB SSD Sata III, 650w Powersupply(not the XFX its a crappy Couger) a Corsiar A850W PSU, Corsiar H60 CPU liquid cooler, and a Rosewill case(suprisingly i love the case its SOOO well made)

dill here is a great combo for a AMD build
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBund ... 53-_-Combo

brings you up to date on Sata III

extra PCI E slot for SLI(even tho its only a PCIE x4, its still worth the increase in performance, the difference between PCIE 16x16 set up and 16x4 setup really is only a few framerates now, once they came out with PCI E 2.0 it really doesnt matter anymore unless your benchmarking.)

new Bulldozer sets you up for the future(my FX 6100 i OC it jsut by changing the Multiplyer to "22" and i ran a intelburn test and it past with flying colors...and right now im using the STOCK cooling, it didnt go over 52 C for the entire test.) you wont be replacing these processors anytime soon unless your a high end person who needs the best of the best inwhich you would be paying out the but for a intel chip that cost 1200+ just for the processor.

total cost of that combo is....$649.99, all you need to buy to put that combo over the top is a SSD.

Would you sell the graphics card by itself? I'm looking for a new graphics card and I'm reading the benchmarks and I do believe that one is twice to three times better than my current one!

My setup:
Motherboard: ASRock H61M-HVS
CPU: i3 2120 @3.3gHz
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Heatsink + Fan (unknown)
GPU(s): nVidia XFX 9800GT
Ram: 8gb DDR3
PSU: 480W PSU that came with the case.
Storage: 500gb WDC @7200rpm.
Case: NZXT Source 210
