Like I said, I am flexible. We need others to chime in on preference. Ideally, we work something that can accommodate everyone. I do not have an early bed time and can go beyond 23:00 if we opt for a later start time on Saturday.

I changed the form up time to 20:45 with a 21:00 raid start time. There have only been myself, Dill and Jeremy communicating in this thread so let's see what we get.

Alitar and I can possibly go but we would need to leave by 11. Don't bank on us, if we are on, hit us up.

Despite not being in this forum to toss out "kudos" or write fancy recaps, there are a few of us like myself, that have been at nearly all of these runs. But, you might need to count my Healer/DPS out. Last week you changed the run day to Saturday. This week you are making it on Saturday AND two hours later start time? I dont know why we are messing with the setup that seemed to work well for the first few weeks. This alt run is slowly inching its way into an inconvenient time slot for me... since I work on Sunday mornings :(

I dont think it would be a permanent late start time. Just this week otherwise we will have to find another tank if we start at the regular time

There are other ppl that can tank though. Alitar did the first week, numerical isn't locked this week so I could. Just need to ask directly as clearly this thread is not used by many. :-)

My gear is sub par but I could tank on my pally if you walk me through the fights a bit... I'm not going to be able to do a 9 pm start time today.

All I can say is UGH...

I know for a fact that I have posted in this thread numerous times asking for input on scheduling. The ONLY people that responded were Dill and Jeremy.

It is nice to see folks actually taking the time to FINALLY chime in. The purpose for the post is to COORDINATE the run.

I have been trying to establish a regular crew for this run but so far a number of folks that expressed interest (names hi-lighted in yellow on main post) have not shown up without even a courtesy post to let the group know you were not going to be available. That left the group wasting a great deal of time looking for a replacement from trade chat.

Today I check the forum and I see nothing but complaints about a late start time. This proposed change has been up in the forum for discussion for several days. I am flexible with regards to scheduling. I realize others may not be. But alas, I am not a mind reader. I need you to POST in this forum.

Is this too much to ask?

I had considered Alitar for tanking but after chatting with him I know that he expressed that he does not really want to tank. I am fine with that and thus I plan for him not to tank. My goal is to have FUN with this run.

The SOLE purpose of this thread is to coordinate this run. For those that expressed an interest in participating I added to the main post.

If you intend to be a regular I expect you to check this post, just like any other raid post, for updates and to discuss possible changes in scheduling.

Ideally, this run will take place on Saturday's with a start time of 19:00 (18:45 form up).

Note: we have never started on time because folks that expressed interest di not show up.

I personally do not have the time to query everyone INDIVIDUALLY and guilt them into coming. If you truly have a desire to do this then let me know. If not, please do not feel obligated to attend. Just let me know and I will drop your name off of the list.

1) Decaf, please.

2) Looking back through the thread, many people have given input on scheduling over the last few weeks. Just because in the last few DAYS you decided to propose a new time, and people didn't respond within 48 hours doesnt mean the world is ending. We responded when we saw this post. You guys pulled me into this run through vent and guild chat, and I have become a regular over the course of the last few weeks.... I didnt sign up in this thread, or pay any mind to this thread until last weeks run. So if you propose changes to the schedule/time... it may have been a good idea to communicate to those that didn't join the run via this thread.

3) Don't ask for feedback, and then call it a "complaint". I simply said the run is moving into an inconvenient time slot for me. Others simply said 9pm didnt work for them. So relax... this is an extracurricular activity, not a chore.

Time stamp on that post was at 7am on Friday... Its only been about 27 hours since you posted that and you've gotten several responses since then... its not like you decided to push it to a 9pm start time weeks ago, or even days ago... more like hours ago... I'm not sure what your requirement is for a timely response... as far as not offering any initial feedback in the time change, I think you can safely assume those who didnt respond didnt want a time change... amirite?

Please refer to Jeremy's post on Feb 11 2013 06:53 pm. This is when the discussion in the forums started with regards to changing the start time. I assume nothing. For me, a non-response tells me no one is reading the thread. If you read the thread and had feelings one way or another I expect a response. Again, I am not a mind reader. In the end, I take the feed back (or lack thereof and make a decision).

Once again, the intent is to have fun with this run and no drama. If there is going to be drama I would rather us just not do this.

Communication is the key here folks. Either you truly want to get together and have fun or not. Do not leave folks wondering if you are going to make it. There is nothing less fun than sitting around at start time wondering if folks are going to show up (well, maybe watching paint dry).

One last point here... we have yet to successfully kick this run off on time since it's inception. A REGULAR start time has yet to be established.

I am currently shooting for 18:45 forum up, 19:00 pull time on Saturday's. As of this post, I have very few confirmations from folks that this time slot works for folks. (Note all folks in original post hi-lighted in yellow).

Lawls... its funny that the post goes out without all the bolds and capitals... then as you refresh the thread a few times, words start getting all formatted as he works his way back through the post capitalizing and bolding.

Screw watching paint... Im gonna try to guess which word he capitalizes/bolds next, and refresh the page to see if im right. :P

As you can see, each time I read these posts my levels of frustration are rising.
