Windows runs on the system registry for those sort of things. Just moving the files breaks the registry. The only way to manually fix it is to go through your registry and update all the links and references (could be many).
If you are not knowledged in modifying or even navigating the system registry, you may want to to take it to someone to have things fixed or you can totally bust your system and end up in a situation where you need to just reinstall everything (might be a good idea by this point anyways; IMO).
