Greetings and Saluations my esteemed colleagues (and Sirdiesalot),
It has come to my attention that World of Warcraft has made a glaring omission of late. I've seen a lot of different mounts in the game, for land, sea and air... Some are fairly plain, while others are unique and mystical.
Well, folks...
I seen a spectral horse, and rode a dinosaur
I bought a Talbuk from the Kurenai
But I be done seen 'bout ev'rything
When I get an Elekk who'll fly
I said when I get an Elekk who'll fly!
Elekks are a special breed of mount – sturdy, stalwart, capable of traversing entire mountain ranges when invading Africa. What more could you ask for?
Well, I'll tell you fine folks of Ante Meridiem. We want... Nay, NEED flying Elekks in the game! Picture yourself, speeding through the skies on a pachyderm of perfection. Grey, pink, polka dot... Whatever you want, the sky's the limit!
So rise up, my fellow gamers, and declare to the world: I DEMAND TO SOAR!

Swatting a firefly

It sounds so easy, doesn't it? Make no mistake, Alysrazor is a tough one. It took Ante Meridiem's AM Team hours to get the swatter lined up just right. On yet another "last attempt of the day," everything just fell into place. Well, almost, because one of the two tanks died halfway into the battle, and with no more battlerezzes available, a wipe was almost called, but miraculously the team pulled together and still got the job done.
Update: The PM Team defeated Alysrazor on Sunday, 31 July.

It has been a busy week for Ante Meridiem's raid teams. Lord Rhyolith had his legs crippled, and was ultimately completely dismembered by the AM team on Saturday, and again by the PM team on Sunday.
Monday marked the fall of Baleroc the Gatekeeper for both teams. Each kill was accomplished with the loss of only one raider. Great work on the crystals and healing ladies and gents, and good work on the Decimation blades by our tanks. Moving on to Alysrazor next!

Ante Meridiem takes down Shannox for animal cruelty

On July 1, 2011, Ante Meridiem's AM team destroyed Shannox and put his pets, Rageface and Ripfang, out of their misery. Two days later the PM team repeated the feat, but due to the rush of victory they neglected to take any pictures.
