The blizzard buff is nice enough that it might make it into AoE rotations now...
And the 3 main nukes for Arcane all get a 13% damage buff, which gets it closer to viable. But for the life of me I really don't understand the Arcane Explosion change. Maybe I need to see it in action, but I just can't see using it.
