Looking for a place in MoP

Hi all,
Sometime in the past couple months I helped a guildie level their toon somewhere in MoP. This person would tag elites and then i would plow them over. There was one dude who spawned (that i don't think is an elite) that didn't drop a single thing. If I remember correctly it was a fairly snowy place, and whatever zone I was helping them it seemed to be up towards the top left hand side of the map. I need some help on what zone and where abouts this place is. I've got an 88 and want to have a friend of mine help me for a few hours killing elites to get it to 90. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty sure its the Mantid in Townlong Steppes.

There's lots of mogu elites in that area with a named spawn that's part of a quest.

That is the area. Thank you both for your input. At 88 as a tank I can solo them 1 at a time, but prefer a friend of mine to let me tag them and then he pew pews!

I found one of the best places to level since I came back are the little turtles on the timeless isle. Between the buffs you can get there and how fast they respawn (those buffs items can be used at level 85) its goes super quick. I leveled from 89-90 in about 20 mins but that was fulled rested

This is how I leveled my DK (switched from frost to blood). It went amazingly quick as a tank.

How does one get to the timeless isle when you're level 88? Or rather, whats the best way to survive getting there? (I don't have a clue, just went there after I got that one flightpoint thats needed to land there at 90).

Elixir of Water walking will take you all the way across, just make sure to grab the flight point so you don't have to do it every time you want to go there.

Doubt, you could also get a guildie to fly you there on their Sandstone drake.
