Hello all,
I'm AlphaBravoh, currently raiding on Sargeras. I'm looking for a new stable, mature guild that's serious about raiding and can fit my current schedule needs. I have been searching high and low for a guild that fits the raid times I require and I believe I might have finally found exactly what I've been looking for in your guild. As it stands right now, I'm currently available for play from 8AM EST to 6PM EST on Friday and Saturday, as well as from 3PM EST to 1AM EST on Sunday and Mondays.
While this fits the schedule for 2 days each for both your AM and PM team, the following Guild Requirement stands out: "11. You MUST commit to 80% raid attendance(or REALLY close to it)." Missing 1 raid day from each raid team would put me at 66% attendance total, despite raiding 4 days total, versus the 3 that each team would normally raid individually. If I were to apply, would this be viewed as a major issue?
Any guidance or comments on my particular situation would be most helpful.

Age: 28
Location: Wyoming (MST)
Main: 673 Frost Mage (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/sargeras/Alphabravoh/simple)
I'm an Air Traffic Controller. Former US Navy. Husband and Father.

Unfortunately, both the AM and PM Raid Teams only accept applicants who can commit to all 3 scheduled raid days. The requirement to maintain 80% attendance is more for those "one off" situations where you need to post out for some real life conflict that occasionally occurs.
Do you not have any availability at all Monday mornings for AM or Tuesday nights for PM?
