I would still like to see more of a choice in our lvl 100 talents though. Hopefully in the future notes.

BM has needed a nerf since the beginning of the expansion, they just couldn't really do much in 6.1 because BRF was still being cleared. These are the first patch notes, things will change.

The way I am reading the ring on use. Does it mean that its going to work like FF14 limit breaks? Someone uses their ring everyones ring of that type (tank ring used, agi ring used, etc) in the raid goes on cd? Really hope I misunderstood how it works.

They intended it to be like heroism essentially. You plan it's use throughout the fight.
